Who we are
This notice covers K9 Fruits / K9Fruits.com, including its current development website. K9 Fruits is an 18+ gambling-entertainment and content website. We do not accept bets or gambling deposits. The person or business operating K9 Fruits is responsible for personal information collected through the site. Their legal identity, public privacy email and contact address are awaiting confirmation; a working contact route must be supplied before launch.
Information used and why
- Browsing and security: hosting services may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Our forms use a short-lived hash derived from an IP address to limit abuse. Our basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable site.
- Location suggestions: we store your suggested town, optional venue, note, first name or nickname, selected map coordinates and submission time. These help the admin team consider future sessions, under our legitimate interest in community suggestions. Your name is optional. A pin is a place you select, not your device’s GPS location. Suggestions are not displayed publicly. Please do not submit private addresses, sensitive information or other people’s contact details.
- Support messages: an optional gift message is temporarily kept in your browser for checkout. If payments are enabled and you proceed, the message and transaction information are used to administer your voluntary support, under our legitimate interest in managing channel support.
- Merchandise, when sales are enabled: product, variant, quantity, order reference, amount and payment status are used to take steps at your request and fulfil the purchase contract. A hosted payment provider may collect contact, billing and delivery details needed for payment and fulfilment. Applicable accounting and tax records are retained to meet legal obligations.
- Admin access: sign-in identity, email and profile name supplied by the authentication service are used to restrict editing to authorised administrators. Public visitors do not need to link a ChatGPT account to read the website.
Payments are currently unconfigured and the merchandise previews are test products. We do not currently collect card payments through this site. If Stripe checkout is enabled, Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout; our application does not store full card numbers or security codes. Order and payment references and status may be stored by us.
Who receives information
Authorised administrators can review suggestions and, when enabled, orders and gift messages. Website infrastructure uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting, database and file-storage services. Payment information would be shared with Stripe and delivery information with fulfilment providers as necessary when sales begin. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
YouTube thumbnails load from Google/YouTube servers, which receive connection information such as an IP address when the image loads. Video links open YouTube; no embedded YouTube player is currently used. The location map loads tiles directly from OpenStreetMap infrastructure, which receives connection information and tile requests. These external services have their own privacy practices: Google, OpenStreetMap Foundation, Stripe, Cloudflare and OpenAI.
International processing
Infrastructure and payment providers may process information outside the UK. The operator must confirm the relevant processing locations, contracts and UK transfer safeguards before launch. Where required, transfers must be covered by UK adequacy arrangements or appropriate contractual safeguards. This draft does not confirm that those arrangements have been completed.
How long information is kept
Gift-message browser storage normally lasts for the tab’s session and is cleared after a successful hand-off to checkout; browser session restoration can extend this. Rate-limit records expire after about an hour and expired records are removed during subsequent requests. Suggestions and order records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. The operator must implement regular review and deletion: keep suggestions only while useful for planning or handling an enquiry, and transaction records only as needed for fulfilment, refunds, disputes and applicable tax/accounting requirements. Provider log and backup retention periods must also be confirmed before launch.
Your rights
UK data-protection law gives you rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, in relevant circumstances, portability of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to legal conditions; we may need proportionate information to verify a request. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not currently run a marketing mailing list or use automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
The operator must provide the contact route described above so requests can be handled, normally within one month, subject to permitted extensions. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Adults only, cookies and future changes
This site is for people aged 18 or over. We do not intentionally seek children’s information. If information from a child is identified, it should be reviewed and deleted where there is no lawful reason to retain it. See our Cookie Policy for browser storage and external resources. Future advertising, affiliate tracking or other materially different uses require an updated notice and any required consent before activation.
